A few weeks ago I had a problem with not being able to upload any source documents without being give a "rat" error. This was then fixed, allowing me to upload source documents, but the rat would still appear when I tried to save a metric. I thought that at least this was progress so was willing to wait for this to be fixed as well, but instead it appears to have gone backwards. The source documents I uploaded while I could no longer appear to be there (perhaps they were never saved since I couldn't save the metrics I was uploading them with), and it's gone back to giving me the rat error when I try to upload new source documents.
Hi Tyson, thank you for your patience with these issues. There was an issue with source uploading on the platform, but it should now be fixed. If you're still having problems with source uploads, would you be able to send a screenshot of the error message and a link to the research page you're having a problem with?
