"Overstock management for us starts by avoiding it. Our mission is to do wise sell-ins with all our retailing clients, meaning making sure they place orders that mirrors their channel and expected needs for the upcoming season. 90-95% of our production is against designated orders, only a few percentage is speculation. Those few percentage is what we sell in our outlet and the next step for access stock is to give them to charity, we mainly work with Swedish Human Bridge."
