24. COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES AND GUIDELINES. To the extent applicable to the SUPPLIER, SUPPLIER agrees to comply with VF Corporation’s Terms of Engagement and Global Compliance Principles, and to operate within a set of ethical standards compatible with VF Corporation’s Code of Business Conduct.
