The organisation has a Supplier Code of Conduct stating that trade must "Comply with all international and local rules, regulations, and controls on any technology transfers (physical and electronic), exports, re-exports, and imports".

The Code of Conduct also state suppliers must "Provide fair compensation for all employees and workers" and that "Such compensation must meet the legal minimum standards as required by local law".
