Diversity Promotion Group in HR was establiished to implement policies and to build a framework for cooperation between related departments to pomote diversity at NEC. This group expands and strengthens various activities, including promoting women in the workplace and providing counseling and support for people with disabilities and sexual minorities (LGBT).
