"A risk mapping is performed for all “material” suppliers based on the supplier’s risk (including scoring for country risk, supplier relationship, regulatory environment and sustainability commitments) and impact (including volumes as well as financial and reputation impact). Based on the outcome of the risk mapping (Low, Low/Medium, Medium/High, High) the next steps include the self-assessment questionnaire and/or third-party audits. If any of these steps lead to the identification of evidence for red flags, the relationship with this supplier will be stopped."
