p.5 "The LGE Standard of Conflict Minerals Management defines risk level criterion for 3TG and cobalt sourcing based on the metal, origin of sourcing and smelter information, and provides a framework for responding to identified risk. Based on the risk rating, LGE will request corrective action to mitigate risk with its suppliers, for example to require more accurate supply chain information, to demonstrate due diligence activities on source or chain of custody, or to remove high risk smelters/refiners from LGE’s supply chain, if appropriate. If the supplier doesn’t replace the smelter in a timely manner, LGE will take measures to replace the supplier."
