Not finding Company Group in Project filter

I just recently (today) created a new Companup (https://wikirate.org/NFR_Assessment_Companies) and tried to use this as a filter for adding companies to a new Project. The Group isn't showing up in the filter. I'm wondering if it is either a timing issues, because I recently created it, or if it has something to do with the type of Company Group it is (explicit selection).
