Not able to add metrics to new Project

I selected a list of metrics to add to a new "inactive" project, and clicked "Add Selected" and nothing has happened. I tried a few times and it doesn't seem to register the click. The total number of metrics I was trying to add is 36 so it doesn't seem like it should break the system. If I right click the "add selected" button and click 'open in new tab', the page error says the following (though I think that probably doesn't help, I just wanted to try it out).

I got the same error message when wanting to create a new subproject for this project https://wikirate.org/Transparency_in_the_Apparel_Industry. OK, I tried to paste the url and it was really really long XD
I think this should be better now. (until you started adding about 4 times the previous maximum).
