We always aim to utilize the best available technologies for monitoring and controlling environmental pollution parameters such as air, water, emissions and waste. During the reporting year, we engaged with MOEF&CC to gain clarity on the issue of replacement of Halon. It was clarified that the roadmap developed for phasing out of the production and consumption of hydro-fluorocarbons (HFCs) in India is not applicable for Halon.
