1. On page 59 of the report, Coal India has stated that the third party inspection of the existing levels of pollution are carried out by regulatory authorities like CPCB and SPCB

2. Also on page 56 of the report, Coal India has stated that, " the parameters monitored as required by regulatory authorities are Susepended particulate matter (SPM), SOx and NOx." And also that they monitor particulate matter under 10 micron and 100 micron as per the stipulations of Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF). The value is mostly found within the stipulated limits.
