P. 61 "Unfortunately, Yara suffered three fatal accidents in 2017. In Mexico, a contractor fell from height while working on a pipeline. In Brazil, a contractor working at the Salitre project site was run over by a truck and lost his life. At the Salitre site, another contractor was also fatally injured after falling from a platform. All three accidents have been investigated to identify root causes, with corresponding learnings and measures implemented"
