page 40 left table - glossary at the end clarifies that "NM-VOC" is "Non-Methane Volatile Organic Compounds"

 

Also a note to say "Decrease 2015 due to reduced production in Yemen caused by the political situation, as well as reporting accuracy and venting reduction projects in OMV Petrom (increase 2014 was due to increased production in Yemen). "
