Page 63 indicates that the total amount of non-hazardous waste is equal to 8.3 tonnes (hazardous waste is not featured in this report) and the amount of waste sent for recycling is 7.8 tonnes, therefore a simple calculation was done to come up with how much waste ends up going to a landfill.

 

calculation: 8.3 - 7.8 = 0.5 tonnes
