There was no exact figure for just surface water (5), just the accumulation of a total of 26703 withdrawn in total. So not really sure. Further on p.87 "A written request was submitted to the DWS requesting permission for Implats to only report those incidents that are not manageable and have a direct impact on a surface water stream." So the answer is unknown.
