Answers & CalculationsWhen compiling the information specified in Disclosure 202-2, the reporting organization shall calculate this percentage using data on full-time employees.Senior management hired from the local community includes those individuals either born or who have the legal right to reside indefinitely (such as naturalized citizens or permanent visa holders) in the same geographic market as the operation. The geographical definition of ‘local’ can include the community surrounding operations, a region within a country, or a country.
To calculate the percentage of senior management hired from the local community:
Calculate this percentage using data on full-time employees.
If more than one location is reported, the metric value should relate to the location where the company is headquartered.
