See page 29 which states that in 2015 part-time employees made up 24,363 individuals out of 125,346.

Even though I agree with info reported on page 29 125,346 * 19% = 23,815.7 (round-up to 23 815 employees).

Yes, I did see that they reported part-time employees at 19% of the workforce. However, I choose to report it as it is in the report.
