On page 26 of the 2016 Integrated Annual Report only lost time injury frequency rate is mentioned. There is no mention of an injury rate for number of employees.

Page 48 of the 2016 Integrated Annual Report shows the number of lost time injuries and the lost time injury frequency rate for the past four years. The lost time injury frequency rate shows the number of lost time injuries occurring in a workplace per 1 million man hours worked.
