Ferrovial does not provides an exact number of incidents, however they assure they have great policies to end discrimination, and if there is any case an employee is abused they should report it immediately. Also, they claim they have a very low percentage of discrimination in the company.
It reports 50 complaints of which 10% were harassment and 13% involved other matters. Thus, cases of discrimination is not clear.
