i have made a mistake above and filled an answer of another question. the answer for this question is 7570 as stated in p 84 gender distribution table

7570 woman were in the payroll of AKBank at the end of 2015. Thus making all women entitled for the parental leave. However the follow up question will be how many became pregnant and was able to qualify for this parental leave according to the procedure of 6 weeks before and after.
