What is the total number of non-monetary sanctions for non-compliance with environmental laws and regulations incurred by the organization?
In 2018, we changed the way that we collect disciplinary data to improve clarity, for example removing a number of categories that we do not deem to be a behavioural policy violation (such as sanctions as a result of absence from
work due to illness). The reduced number in 2018 reflects these changes.
