The 2015 Annual Financial Statements do not reflect any environmental fines being paid, but do make mention of contingencies for groundwater pollution and deep groundwater pollution on pages 127-128 (Notes to the AFS). No reliable estimate can be made for either of these obligations, despite studies to assess the impact.
