Comments

The organisation received 4 separate fines for non compliance issues during FY18. These issues were in relation to COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) levels being too high in waste water. It is noted in the annual report that in Jan 18 this issue was addressed and there were no further non-compliance issues in FY18.

Each Fine was R7,830,000.
