Premier recognises that employees,
especially those with dependants,
sometimes require special flexibility
to manage their work and home life.
A total of 21 employees took parental
leave during the reporting period
(including 15 women and six men),
representing 50 per cent of those
entitled to take such leave. All such
individuals are still employed by Premier,
and either returned to work in 2015
or indicated plans to do so in 2016
