Page 34 of the 2015 Annual Report states: "Examples include preparing and supporting employees returning from parental leave ...". However, no actual number is reported on the number of employees that took parental leave.
Page 76 of the 2015 Reference Document reports Absence rate by region and reason (%) for permanent and fixed term contract - maternity leave (1,5%) and paid absences (family events) (0,3%).
This could imply 125,346*1,5% = 1,880 and 125,346*0,3% = 376
1,880 + 376 = 2,256
