We have a strong commitment to transparent dialogue. In 2022, 47.1% of our employees were covered by collective bargaining agreements. Our collective bargaining data for fiscal 22 includes two additional groups not included in the fiscal 21 report – Ypóca, Brazil and Don Julio, Mexico."
