BM offered 19,732 training sessions with a total of 315,769 hours during the fiscal year of 2014/2015, up from 297,532 hours of training in the previous fiscal year.
Though the number was not actual number was not provided we can deduce that of the 315,769 hours 75% = 236 826,75 were training hours for male employees.
