Average hours of training (female), GRI 404-1 (formerly G4-LA9)
What is the average hours of training per female employee during the reporting period?
Page 145 and 148, it is said that each employee is trainned by the same hours and it is said that are 60 hours per year (Employee-training) there is no difference between male and female.
But in page 60 is stated that females have received 21.1hours of training in 2020. More hours compared to males.
