"In fiscal 2023, 10,822 employees completed e-learning training on the Code of Conduct (PY: 11,716). In addition, 21,180 participants were recorded taking compliance e-learning courses on anti-corruption and antitrust law (PY: 23,780), while 5,934 participants attended in-person training courses on anti-corruption and antitrust law (PY: 5,069), most of which were conducted virtually as webinars. Participants in in-person training events are selected on a riskbased and target group-oriented basis.'
