In page 267, it specifies the hours of training per year disaggregated by sex and professional classification. It has 4 categories so I added up all of them and divided them by 4 to get the average. I calculated only female employees.

The average hours of traning for female employees in Cellnex Telecom is 1194.5. Same calculations.
