This calculation has been done by extracting the "TRAINING DATA BY PROFESSIONAL CATEGORY AND GENDER (BBVA GROUP. 2020)" specifically the total amount of training hours for females=2,870,641 and dividing that by the total amount of female employees in training at BBVA=61,183.
Page 39 states the hour of female training
(Calculation : Total female employees = 123174 x 53.7 / 100 = 66,144
Average hours per female employee = 2,870,641/ 66,144 = 43.40)
