After extensive research, I was able to find this document in which talks a lot about training hours per employee. It is in section E where it refers to training, exactly on page 29. On this page, we observe a quite visual graph where the training hours during 2018 and 2019 can be seen very easily. Therefore, we have reflected the data for 2019 as a solution. Since we are not able to give the answer with decimal numbers I will give 14 hours as an answer due to the fact that I have approximated 13,859 into 14.
