The report suggests, and makes claims to various training programs, but no reference to time was made. On p204, the report suggests that 1413 employees did managerial competencies, 4253 did Improvement of technical competencies, and Implementation of technical competence tests was done by 2856 employees. Which then suggest that 1 hour of training was given to its employees over the reporting period (8522/7392=1.2*(training hours)=1.2*1=1.2). Each employee was allocated 1 hour of training (based on personal experience), which seems reasonable.
