Where does your donation end up?
All donations will benefit the further development of the site, the Decko platform, and community building efforts. WikiRate is a registered non-profit in three countries. Note that it doesn't matter much to which of the three entities (German, UK or US) you donate to. If you want to know more please contact us at email@example.com.
Donation and Grant History
WikiRate.org was funded initially by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement no. 687967, which granted funds to each of the partners involved in building the platform at wikirate.org. The grant period was from October 2013 to March 2017. The terms and nature of the grant funding, as well as publicly available reports on progress and other deliverables are available online at http://wikirate.eu.
WikiRate secured a second grant through European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement no. 687967 for its role in ChainReact as part of the European Commission CAPS initiative, for the period January 2016 to December 2018. On December 10th, 2018, through its participation in the 'zImpact – Accelerator for supply chain transparency' WikiRate e.V. received a corporate donation from Zalando SE. This is in support of WikiRate's work on Supply Chain Transparency.
WikiRate is incorporated in Germany as "gemeinnütziger, eingetragener Verein" under the name "The Wikirate Project e.V.", in the UK as charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) under the name "The Wikirate Project UK" and in the USA as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization under the name "The Wikirate Project".
