Descendant and Calculated metrics not including all companies/unknowns

I'm looking at calculated metrics that are applicable to University of Sydney research (they want to see their 'results'). The calculated metrics are turning out results based on the Project filter that don't include all the 50 companies in the U. Sydney Project. I've played around with filters (Answers = all ; selected year, etc.) and it is not yielding complete results. Looking into one of the calculated metrics to see if the companies didn't have proper answers, I found the descendant metrics seem to have a similar issue - not showing the results for al companies in the project filter, regardless of the answer and year filters.
