Demo site: Answer import error unclear

What does this error mean? (i.e. is it something I could fix?). I'm preparing the demo site for a meeting on Friday (20th) with the OECD team. We'll be walking them through how the data and metrics will look on the platform. With this particular metric, there is only one answer in the import that has that particular answer (Chinese Chamber of Commerce for Metals Minerals and Chemicals (CCCMC) Guidelines), so I wanted to have that imported by then.
