The company mentions complying with law and paying minimum wage, and trying to exceed it where possible on page 55, but does not actually make mention to how they ensure their supply chain pays.

They do, however, mention that they do not hire minors, even where law permits them to, and make all concious effort to prevent human trafficking in all parts of the business and their supply chain.
