On page 1 in the UK Gender Pay Gap Report 2018, it says that the mean hourly pay gap was 36.5% in 2018.
The Bonus Pay Gap was 59.0%.
GPG = 36.5% (mean)
i.e. women to men's pay ratio is 0.635: 1 or 63.5% to 100%.
