"As of February 3, 2019, we had approximately 15,700 employees, of which approximately 9,200 were employed in the United States, approximately 4,200 were employed in Canada, and approximately 2,200 were employed outside of North America. None of our employees are currently covered by a collective bargaining agreement. We have had no labor-related work stoppages by our employees and we believe our relations with our employees are excellent."
