Was the company's Modern Slavery Act statement explicitly approved by the board of directors (or equivalent management body)?
In the Statement, UA refers to a Sustainability Council (Pg 5, 4. Areas of Risks: Actions, line 8) but there is no explicit part of the statement that refers to who or what body has approved this Statement.
