Even though the second page contains signatures from 7 directors, a Bloomberg archive lists other key executives that have not signed on the statement, and it is unclear if the 7 people in the statement fully represent Redefine's BoD.

I think it might be more accurate to say that it is approved by signature of a group of people that seem to be present on the company's board (as per 2016) but not explicitly stated in the statement. I have changed the answer to "Approved but not explicit in Statement".
