It merely mentioned that the direction of the Flex’s Code of Conduct is set by the CEO, that they do not condone child, forced, indentured or bonded labor. They also have a Audit Committee that is chartered by the Board of Directors to oversee the compliance program. However, there has been no direct mention of the approval from the management level in terms of Modern Slavery Act statement.
