Grammatically a little unclear who approved it but can be assumed to be the Board: "The FARFETCH Modern Slavery Statement 2021 was prepared by the General Counsel and the Director of Sustainability and approved on behalf of the Board of Directors of FARFETCH UK Limited on 30 June 2022"
