There is no indication in the Modern Slavery Act statement which suggests that it has been approved by a board of directors or equivalent management body. They do note that they part of the hidden labour and human trafficking initiative, creating a Hidden Labour Policy which has been signed by the Managing Director at the time of initiation back in 2013.
