The company discloses that one of its board members possesses particular knowledge and experience in a variety of the identified core competencies and other areas that strengthens the board’s collective knowledge, capabilities and experience, including (but not limited to) health and nutrition and strategic planning. However, no evidence found that the company's highest governance body has expertise in at least five out of the seven sustainability topics i.e. biodiversity, nutrition, social inclusion, climate, water, ecosystem conversion and soil health.
