As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery in our supply chains, we have put

systems in place to:

Monitor which suppliers have signed our Anti-Slavery, Human Trafficking and Ethical Trading Agreement;

Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains through supply chain mapping;

Identify and assess Base Code non-conformances through our SAQ and Audits;

Mitigate the risk of slavery, human trafficking and other Base Code non-conformances by working with suppliers on corrective

action plans;

Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains through ongoing dialogue with suppliers, the use of corrective action plans

and follow up visits; and

Protect whistle blowers. 2
