Multiple communication channels make it convenient for employees and other stakeholders, such as business partners and suppliers, to ask questions or report a concern to HP. HP does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern or asks a question. Investigations in response to grievances lodged are conducted in a comprehensive, objective manner, and are free from influence by management or the business. All investigations follow a process designed to ensure consistency and fairness.The investigation cycle may involve interviews, formal reporting and recommendations under the oversight of the Human Rights Team, external human rights experts, Human Resources, Legal, and relevant senior management.
