Supplier selection and review is governed by Axalta’s Supplier Risk Management Program. Based on the terms of our Supplier Code of Conduct, Axalta evaluates potential suppliers to ensure they will meet the standards of our Code. Our program also enables us to review existing suppliers to ensure they continue to meet our standards, as well as to build capacity on sustainability risk management. In the event of non-conformities, remediation measures will be requested. Axalta buyers are trained in the application of the methodology used to evaluate suppliers".
