Although this statement seems to imply there are commitments, no explicit anti-modern slavery policies are described.

This statement is very misleading. Phrases like "commitment", "hold accountable" and "comply with the Modern Slavery Act" imply they are doing what is expected of them, but actually no policies are discussed in an explicit manner.
