The company details that suppliers comply with laws and company's policies on page 2 of the document as “CDK Global policy is to require all suppliers to adhere to CDK Global’s Supplier Code of Business Conduct and Ethics”.

As well, the company details that the code of conduct includes clauses on slavery and human trafficking at the bottom of page 1 and top of page 2 shown in the document as, “our Supplier Code of Business Conduct and Ethics reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.”
